City Lead Bern
For our weekly course starting 10th September until End of November 2022, we are looking for a city lead in Bern.
What it is all about
The course runs every Saturday morning from 09:00 – 11:30 at a cosy café in Bern city center (the location is not defined yet). The students spend 12 Saturdays learning about the frontend technologies HTML and CSS from an online course. Besides that they are provided with input talks about the topics Git, JavaScript and Design.
What your are all about
You are the coordinator who answers all the organisational questions of our students, café owners etc.
You are for example responsible for the following:
- Are there enough coaches for every session?
- Is the food & beverage organised?
- Are the questions of the students answered?
- Is the location ready for the students?
- Making sure the students are happy
- Getting feedback from students and improve on it
In a best case scenario you have already a basic knowledge of Frontend technologies like HTML and CSS and can help students if they have any questions. If not, this is not a problem and you organise coaches who have the knowledge.
